Founded in 2016, I.f (In:formed) is a design & research practice based in Seoul, Manila, and New York City, specializing in architectural design and convergent research.

I.f produces bespoke built environments of varying scales and programs. Each design is firmly grounded on research and analysis, to holistically meet the challenges of any given project. As a contemporary practice, I.f design projects with strong theoretical roots combined with the most recent computational and modeling tools. The firm closely inquires into optimal responses to a posed question, without losing the essences of the practice of architectural design. The essence being about producing a seamless and complete built space, to go beyond the functional and physical, in order to capture the immaterial to provoke and articulate a new layer of thought.
